1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MSD Group website and all services provided by MSD Group Computer Education Institute. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and accept these terms in full.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission to any course is subject to availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
• The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
• All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and complete. False information may result in cancellation of admission.
• Admission is confirmed only after payment of the required fee and receipt of the confirmation letter.
• Students must carry their original documents for verification at the time of admission.

3. Fee Policy

• Course fees are due as per the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where MSD Group cancels the course.
• Late payment may attract a penalty and result in suspension of access to classes.
• MSD Group reserves the right to revise course fees with reasonable prior notice.
• Scholarship or fee concessions, if applicable, are subject to institutional discretion.

4. Attendance & Course Completion

• A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for examinations and certification.
• Students who fail to maintain required attendance may be asked to re-enroll and pay fees again.
• The syllabus and course content may be updated periodically to align with industry requirements.
• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and all examinations.

5. Certification

• Certificates are issued in the name as provided in the enrollment form. Any corrections will attract an administrative fee.
• Duplicate certificates may be issued upon written request and payment of applicable charges.
• MSD Group certificates are subject to verification and the institute maintains records of all issued certificates.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty and fellow students at all times.
• Damage to institute property will be charged to the responsible student.
• The institute has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, and misconduct.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent during class hours.
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment.

7. Franchise Terms

• Franchise agreements are legally binding and governed by the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement document.
• Franchise fees and royalties are to be paid as per the schedule in the Franchise Agreement.
• Franchisees must maintain quality standards as prescribed by MSD Group.
• MSD Group reserves the right to terminate a franchise agreement for breach of terms.
• Franchisees are not permitted to sub-franchise without explicit written consent from MSD Group.
• All marketing materials must use approved MSD Group branding guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All study materials, course content, brand assets, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of MSD Group. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during enrollment or enquiry is used solely for the purpose of providing educational services and communication. MSD Group does not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

MSD Group shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The institute's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.

11. Changes to Terms

MSD Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
